A resected
case of symptomatic acinar cell cystadenoma of the pancreas displacing the main pancreatic duct. Enhanced CT scan showed that the tumor size increased to 5.1 cm in diameter for 6 years (a) and in the subsequent 3 months increased to 6.3 cm eventually (b). Its septum and capsule are not enhanced, and both splenic artery (black arrow head) and splenic vein (white arrow head) are not invaded by the tumor (c)
