leishmaniasis causing life-threatening digestive bleeding. Arterial-phase contrast-enhanced acquisition showed moderate right parietocolic and pelvic peritoneal effusion (*), and a focal high-attenuation intraluminal contrast extravasation indicating active bleeding in a jejunal loop (arrows).

diagnosis of small bowel acute haemorrhage from a Dieulafoy’s lesion. A blush of contrast within the wall of a proximal small bowel loop (left abdominal flank) is visualized. A small liver cyst is also seen.
