radial inclination angle

The radial inclination is a measurement made on the AP projection of the wrist as an angle of the distal radial surface with respect to a line perpendicular to the shaft. A normal range is considered at around 21-25° . It can increase in the setting of certain fractures. Loss of inclination places extra stress across the lunate.
