separater Abgang von LAD und LCX
Prevalence
and characteristics of coronary artery anomalies in an adult population undergoing multidetector-row computed tomography for the evaluation of coronary artery disease. Volume-rendered images show the absence of the left main coronary artery, with separate ostia of the LAD and LCX arteries from the left sinus of Valsalva (LSV). A = aorta

separater Abgang von LAD und LCX
One of the anatomical variants of coronary artery origin comprises the left circumflex coronary artery (LCx) and left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) arising separately from the left coronary sinus. Hence there is no common left main coronary artery (LCA/LMCA).
It considered the commonest coronary arterial variant with a reported incidence of around 0.41-0.67%.
It is a benign anomaly that causes no hemodynamic impairment or ischemic consequences as there is no vascular compression and the proximal courses are normal,. This variant is asymptomatic.
