Oncocytic papillary cystadenoma of the upper respiratory tract

An oncocytic papillary cystadenoma is a rare lesion that can occur as a result of oncocytic cell proliferation. They typically occur in the upper respiratory tract (predominantly larynx but occasionally the nasopharynx and very rarely in the parotid glands ).
