Mixed dust pneumoconiosis (MDP) is classified as a type of pneumoconiosis. It is sometimes classified pathologically as a pneumoconiosis showing dust macules or mixed-dust fibrotic nodules, with or without silicotic nodules, in an individual with a history of exposure to mixed dust.
