Inferior ulnar collateral artery
The inferior ulnar collateral artery is a vessel arising from the brachial artery at the distal-most part of the upper arm.

Gross anatomy
Origin
The inferior ulnar collateral artery arises medially from the brachial artery superior to the medial epicondyle. Before passing anterior to the medial epicondyle, it provides a branch to the superior ulnar collateral artery .
Termination
The inferior ulnar collateral artery anastomoses with the anterior ulnar recurrent artery anterior to the medial epicondyle .
Supply
The inferior ulnar collateral constitutes part of the supply to the brachialis, biceps brachii, and coracobrachialis muscles. It also provides a branch to the superior ulnar collateral artery which partly supplies the elbow joint .
