Macromelia
Macromelia is a descriptive term for isolated enlargement of an entire extremity, whether arm or leg. It is most commonly a manifestation of extensive underlying vascular or lymphatic malformation(s), such as:
- Klippel-Trénaunay-Weber syndrome - usually lower extremity
- Chronic hereditary lymphedema - usually lower extremity
- CLOVES syndrome
