Clinical presentation
Patients typically present with :
- shoulder or pelvic girdle aches lasting over 2 weeks
- morning shoulder or pelvic girdle stiffness
- raised inflammatory markers (e.g. ESR)

- bilateral subacromial bursitis
- biceps long head tenosynovitis
- trochanteric bursitis
