Herzohr am linken Vorhof als Zufallsbefund in der Kardio-CT. Die Häufigkeit dieser Anomalie wird mit ca. 10 % angegeben. Links axiale Schicht, rechts Volumen Rendering mit frei gestellter Sicht auf den linken Vorhof von ventral.

An accessory left atrial appendage is a frequent fortuitous finding in cardiac imaging, encountered in ~10% of patients. They are more often seen as a small diverticular structure projecting from the right upper side of the left atrial wall.
Differential diagnosis
- it must not be confused with interatrial septal aneurysm
- also consider a left atrial diverticulum
