review of hoarse voice from anatomic and neurologic perspectives. Laryngeal amyloidosis. A 69-year-old woman with recurrent laryngeal amyloidosis despite multiple interventions. Axial CT image (a) reveals marked soft tissue thickening of the laryngeal structures extending into the right pre/paraglottic space (white arrows) representing amyloid infiltration, and dystrophic calcification (white arrowhead) representing post-treatment change.
