Brahma bull sign
The Brahma bull sign (or Brahman) describes the appearance of the femoral neck when an osteochondroma is present, as Brahma bulls have an odd, camel-like hump along the dorsum of their neck resembling a femoral neck osteochondroma. Osteochondromas of the femoral neck, particularly when sessile, can be difficult to recognize which is the utility of the sign through generating suspicion of widened femoral necks that lack a biconcave contour. Cam lesions/femoral head asphericity should not be confused for an osteochondroma.
