differential diagnosis of four patients with antenatal diagnosis of congenital pulmonary airways malformation (CPAM). Foetal MRI: There is a large multi-cystic lesion occupying the right thoracic foetal cavity with cysts of varying dimensions. The largest cyst is situated posteriorly.
