radiograph of the neck of a 79 year old man presenting with pain at the nape and left shoulder, and radiating to the left arm. It shows stenosis of the left intervertebral foramen between cervical vertebra 3 and 4, indicating radiculopathy of cervical spinal nerve 4. The stenosis appears to be secondary to age-related degenerative changes.
