magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography
w:en:Magnetic
resonance cholangiopancreatography of a pancreatic divisum: (a) gall bladder, (b) bile duct crossing the (c) long duct of Santorini, (d) a short pancreatic duct together with the bile duct on the major duodenal papilla, (e) imaged with renal collecting system.
MRCP
Normalbefund mit Darstellung auch des akzessorischen Gangs (Ductus Santorini), welcher etwas oberhalb der Majorpapille in die Minorpapille mündet.
MRCP: (a)
Gallenblase mit Steinen, (b) Steine im Gallengang, (c) Pankreasgang, (d) Flüssigkeit im Duodenum.
Prenatal and
accurate perinatal diagnosis of type 2 H or ductular duplicate gallbladder. 3D reconstructions images of MRCP: two gallbladders and two cystic ducts with separate insertions in the main bile duct
Diffusion-weighted
MRI: findings and role in acute cholecystitis. MRCP showed upper normal caliber of main bile duct (arrowheads), without detectable intraluminal calculi. Note unremarkable appearance of Wirsung duct, absent pericholecystic and perihepatic fluid.
