myelocystocele of cervical region in a newborn. Axial T2-weighted gradient echo image acquired with 1 mm slice thickness revealed the cystic lesion (arrows) located within the myelocystocele sac and to be continuous with hydrosiringomyelic spinal cord (arrow heads).
