surgery plus hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy of peritoneal carcinomatosis: pre- and post-surgical CT imaging. Compared to previous studies (not shown), CT showed absence of hepatosplenic lesions, a left-sided 4-cm solid mass (thick arrows) and minimal ascites (+) in the pelvis.
