C2 (the spinous process of the second cervical vertebra); 12. cv2sp (tangent point of the superoposterior extremity of the second cervical vertebra); 13. cv2ip (the most posteroinferior point on the second cervical vertebra); 14. cv2ia (the most anteroinferior point on the second cervical vertebra); 15. cv2ap (the apex of the second cervical vertebra); 16. cv2bp (middle point of lower edge of the second cervical vertebra); 17. cv3ia (the most anteroinferior point on the third cervical vertebra)
