laterocervical mass after 4 days carotid endarterectomy procedure: Active bleeding from rigth carotid. Cervical incision (*) and a large laterocervical haematoma in the right carotid space (yellow arrow) compressing the ipsiltareral jugular vein. It was also compromising and displacing the airway to the left (blue arrow).
