Pseudopolycoria

Polycoria is the presence of more than one true pupil in the iris, each possessing their own fully functional sphincter pupillae muscle, which responds appropriately to light and drugs. It is a very rare entity with only a few case reports in the global literature .

Pseudopolycoria occurs when greater than one pupil appears to be present, but active dilatation of the true pupil leads to passive constriction of the adjacent false or accessory pupil(s) .
