Radiofrequenzablation mit Balloninterposition zum Magen
Radiofrequency
ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma close to stomach with balloon interposition. Axial CECT performed outside showing a fairly well defined homogenously enhancing left lobe HCC. The lesion is abutting the stomach with no clear intervening fat plane.
Radiofrequency
ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma close to stomach with balloon interposition. Non contrast check CT showing long sheath as thin linear structure introduced from the left side of the abdomen. The inflated balloon is seen as hyperdense structure placed between stomach and left lobe.

ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma close to stomach with balloon interposition. Ultrasound showing the well defined hypoechoic left lobe mass lesion. Inferiorly, the inflated balloon is seen as double reflective structure.

ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma close to stomach with balloon interposition. Radiofrequency ablation needle is introduced from the right side of the patient. On the left side, the long sheath and balloon are introduced.
