Sarkome der Niere
Renal
CIC-LEUTX rearranged sarcoma with multiple pulmonary metastases: a case report and literature review. CT scan and pathological information of the case. a The chest CT scan showed multiple nodules ( ) in both lungs with filling defects ( ) in pulmonary arteries. b The abdominal CT scan showed an enlarged heterogeneous left renal mass ( ) replacing the left kidney and associated tumor thrombus ( ). c-e HE staining showed the tumor cells were organized in a solid sheets pattern (c 10x; d 20x). Large aeras of necrosis and partial myxoid stromal changes (e) were observed. f–h Immunohistochemical staining showed the tumor cells were positive for CD99 (f), WT1 (g) and GATA3 (h). i The fluorescence in situ hybridization assay showed separated red and green signals in the nuclei of 30% of tumor cells. j The next generation sequencing assay displayed a fusion of CIC-LEUTX genes. The breakpoints were at chr19: 42799274 for CIC and chr19: 40276608 for LEUTX, respectively
Primary Ewing
sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumor of the renal pelvis: a case report. Contrast-enhanced CT demonstrating a 4-cm soft-tissue mass occupying the dilated left renal pelvis. (A) Enhanced CT. (B) Left retrograde pyelography.
Primary
Ewing’s sarcoma of the kidney: a rare masquerader of renal cell carcinoma on imaging. A Axial non contrast CT shows an isodense mass lesion in the upper pole of the left kidney with an eccentric focus of calcification (arrow). B Axial CECT in cortico-medullary phase shows a hypoenhancing mass lesion in the upper pole of the left kidney, with internal non-enhancing necrotic areas. C Axial CECT in nephrographic phase shows progressive enhancement of the mass lesion in the superior pole of the left kidney. There is extension of the lesion into the left crus of the diaphragm (white arrow) and a metastatic para-aortic node (red arrow). D Axial CECT in delayed phase shows further progressive enhancement of the mass, appearing almost isodense with the adjacent renal parenchyma
Primary
synovial sarcoma of kidney: a rare case report with review of literature. A and B Cross section of the abdomen showing a large right renal mass pushing the liver upwards and to the left. C Coronal section of the abdomen showing a large right renal mass displacing the liver upwards and to the left. The inferior vena cave is also displaced to the left
