baritosis

Pulmonary baritosis (or simply known as baritosis) is type of benign non-fibrotic pneumoconiosis which can be precipitated by aspiration of barium sulfate particles. Inhaled barium particles can lie in the lungs for years without producing symptoms or causing any impairment in lung function .
