arteriovenous fistula: Which US findings are expected?. The majority of these lesions are small arteriovenous fistulas and clinically non-relevant. When these lesions are large the may cause renal ischaemia, hypertension, haematuria or haemorrhage. Note the blood clot within the bladder.
