• T: twisted skin (wrinkly skin)
• T: twisted face (Potter facies: low set ears, retrognathia, hypertelorism)
• E: extremity deformities (limb deformities: club hands and feet, joint contractures)
• R: renal agenesis (bilateral); restricted growth (IUGR)
