The naso-orbitoethmoid (NOE) region or interorbital region simply refers to the space between the orbits.

Boundaries
- anterior: frontal process of the maxilla, nasal process of frontal bone, nasal bone
- posterior: sphenoid sinus
- lateral: medial orbital wall
- superior: cribriform plate; anterior cranial fossa floor
- inferior: lower margin of ethmoid air cells

- olfactory nerves
- lacrimal sac, nasolacrimal duct
- ethmoid arteries and veins
- medial canthal ligament
