Adenocarcinoma (endometrium)

Adenocarcinoma of the endometrium is the commonest histological subtype of endometrial cancer and accounts for up to 90% of such cases .

Pathology

Histological subtypes 

• endometrioid carcinoma
• serous type adenocarcinoma of the endometrium
• clear cell type adenocarcinoma of the endometrium
• mucinous type adenocarcinoma of the endometrium
