case of back pain. Venography demonstrates restoration of blood flow to infrarenal IVC following percutaneous direct catheter thrombolysis.

case of back pain. Venography with Digital Subtraction Angiography. Clockwise from inferior marker we see extensive lumbar, azygos and hemiazygos vein collateralisation respectively with a filling defect of the infrarenal IVC.
