Akutes Aortensyndrom
Acute aortic syndrome describes the presentation of patients with one of a number of life-threatening aortic pathologies that give rise to aortic symptoms.
The spectrum of these aortic emergencies include:
- aortic dissection
- aortic intramural hematoma
- penetrating atherosclerotic ulcer
- aortic aneurysmal rupture (leak)
- traumatic aortic injury
