Lappenspalten rechts: An den Mittellappen schließt sich ein nach hinten breiter werdender zusätzlicher Lappen (wohl S6) an, wobei der Unterlappen entsprechend kleiner ist. Die Position des koronaren Bild des links ist durch die gelbe Linie markiert.
Lobus
cardiacus: Der zusätzliche Lappenspalt trifft hier senkrechts auf den zwischen Unter- und Mittellappen.

Lappenspalt rechts mit Separierung des Segmentes VI in der Computertomografie sagittal rekonstruiert.

Accessory fissures of the lung usually occur at the borders of bronchopulmonary segments. They are common normal variants but are less commonly seen on imaging.

- left horizontal fissure
