Anti jo 1 antibody positive interstitial lung disease refer to cases of interstitial lung disease occuring in the setting on anti Jo 1 antibody positivity.

Anti jo 1 antibody positivity has a recognized association with interstitial lung disease. This most commonly occurs in a setting of polymyositis or dermatomyositis but can also occur in other situations such as antisynthetase syndrome etc.

Treatment and prognosis

Has a variable prognosis. Treatment with corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs is often considered required in most patients .
