bilateral parasagittal parieto-occipital polymicrogyria. Axial T2W images show bilateral symmetrical cortical surface irregularity, multiple small folds, scalloped appearance of the gray matter-white matter junction and abnormally thick cerebral cortex in both frontal lobes
