Femurschaftfraktur

unter Bisphosphonattherapie bei Mammakarzinom: Die proximale Schaftfraktur mit kurzem, querem Frakturverlauf bei vorbestehender Verdickung der äußeren Kortikalis als Hinweis auf eine noch nicht dislozierte Stressfraktur ist um mehr als Schaftbreite disloziert. Nach der Osteosynthese (rechtes Bild) lässt sich die vorbestehende Fissur und Verdickung am besten erkennen. Auf der anderen Seite war zuvor bereits eine Fraktur an ähnlicher Stelle aufgetreten (Liegendes Osteosynthesematerial). Topogramm der Computertomografie, Volumen Rendering und postoperatives Röntgenbild nach Osteosynthese.
