clear cell carcinoma of the uterus
Clear cell carcinoma (CCC) of the endometrium is an uncommon histological subtype of endometrial cancer. It only accounts for 1-5.5% of all endometrial carcinomas, and it is often associated with an aggressive clinical behavior and a poorer outcome . Only occasional case reports have described MR findings of this subtype and have shown mixed solid and cystic components with eccentric solid components on MRI .
