Ectopic

Ectopic
internal carotid artery presenting as an oropharyngeal mass. Magnetic Resolution Angiography after gadolinium administration shows the helicoids-ectopic course of the right ICA, immediately after the carotid bulb. Notice also, the significant stenosis of the controlateral left ICA.
