Exostose Os
ilium rechts: Die Konfiguration spricht nicht für ein posttraumatisches Residuum nach Avulsion Ursprung Rectus femoris; eine solche wäre etwas weiter unten, nicht so voluminös und harmonisch aus dem Ilium kommend und meist auch separiert. Die Exostose hier ist als Fehlbildung möglicherweise auch als kartilaginäre Exostose zu deuten. Leider keine weiteren Informationen / Bilder vorhanden.
Exostose
dorsal am proximalen Tibiaschaft, abgerundete hakenförmig nach distal weisend ähnlich wie ein Processus supracondylaris am Humerus. Insgesamt kein typisches Bild wie bei kartilaginärer Exostose.

Exostoses are defined as benign growths of bone extending outwards from the surface of a bone. It can occur in any bone and be triggered by a number of factors. There are a number of examples of exostoses that occur due to local irritant stimuli:
Where exostoses are capped with cartilage, they are termed osteochondromas, which can be solitary or multiple, sessile or pedunculated:
