cholangitis: A warning sign - Heterogeneous liver enhancement. Heterogeneous enhancement of liver parenchyma (chronic alcoholic hepatopathy) with multiple subcapsular enhancing areas, compatible with areas of altered perfusion. They remained stable at follow-up.
