Medulloblastoma
in an adult. Expansive lesion located in paravermis of the right cerebellum, lobulated shape and with well-defined margins, hyperdense appearance and central cystic or necrotic areas.
Medulloblastoma
in an adult. The lesion showed mild contrast enhancement with heterogeneous appearance due to central cystic or necrotic areas.

Medulloblastoma
in an adult. Expansive lesion located in right cerebellar paravermis. It is well-defined and hypointense on T1-weighted images. The mass shows mild heterogeneous enhancement.
Medulloblastoma
in an adult. The mass is moderately hyperintense on T2-weighted images. FLAIR sequence shows surrounding vasogenic oedema.
Medulloblastoma
in an adult. The mass shows restricted diffusion. It is hypointense on apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) map and hyperintense on diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI).
Medulloblastoma
in an adult. MR spectroscopy shows high choline peak with low N acetyl aspartate peak (right) unlike normal MR spectroscopy (left).
