Musculus compressor nuda
Musculus compressor nuda is a small striated musculotendinous sling of the bulbocavernosus muscle, which extends from the anterior and lateral surfaces of the proximal bulbous urethra.
Musculus compressor nuda causes the proximal bulbous urethra to form a symmetric convex cone shape where the tip of the cone is the point at which the bulbous urethra enters the urogenital diaphragm and continues as the membranous urethra.

It may indent the proximal bulbous urethra on retrograde urethrogram and rarely on a micturating cystourethrogram. This structure should not be mistaken for a urethral stricture.
