Pulmonary angiitis and granulomatosis
Pulmonary angiitis and granulomatosis refers to group of conditions where there is a vascular (angiitis) as well as granulomatous component. At least five distinct clinical syndromes are known, which include:
- eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (previously known as Churg-Strauss syndrome)
- bronchocentric granulomatosis
- granulomatosis with polyangiitis (previously known as Wegener granulomatosis)
- lymphomatoid granulomatosis
- necrotizing sarcoid granulomatosis
