pericardial rupture. Mobile chest radiograph demonstrated a prominent cardiac silhouette with rotation of the cardiac axis. A left pleural drain was inserted for a pneumothorax.

pericardial rupture. Coronal reformats showed an abnormal, horizontally oriented left ventricle.

pericardial rupture. Lung window demonstrated a right-sided pneumopericardium, a left pneumothorax and displacement of the heart into the left hemithorax.
