Superior temporal sulcus

The superior temporal sulcus runs longitudinally along the lateral surface of the temporal lobe, parallel to the Sylvian fissure above and the inferior temporal sulcus below. It separates the superior temporal gyrus from the middle temporal gyrus.

Posteriorly it is capped by the angular gyrus.
