Mutmaßlich
kongenitale oder posttraumatische, brückenartige Synostose zwischen Rippen 7 und 8. Zufallsbefund. Computertomographie axial und Volumen Rendering.
Srb-Anomalie
rechts: Verschmelzung der ersten und zweiten Rippe rechts im mittleren / lateralen Anteil.

Verschmelzung
der ersten und zweiten Rippe rechts ähnlich einer Gabelrippe bei einem 64-jährigen. Zufallsbefund im Röntgenthorax.
Short ribs at
the first lumbar vertebra. Thus it"s a transitional vertebra.
Kongenitale
Rippenverschmelzung mit deutlicher Einziehung. Die Veränderung war dem Patienten als angeboren bekannt.
Rippenverschmelzungen
C5 C6 rechts, Ursache unklar, bei fehlenden anderen (traumatischen) Veränderungen am ehesten kongenital.

Owing to their features, the first, eleventh and twelfth ribs are considered atypical ribs. Some authors however describe the second, tenth and eleventh ribs as atypical ribs also.
Of all ribs, the first is the strongest, broadest and most curved. Ribs eleven and twelve are unique, among other reasons, by not being attached to the sternum.
