Woodruff plexus

Woodruff plexus is a venous plexus located in the posterior end of the inferior meatus on lateral wall of nasal cavity . It accounts for between 5-10% of epistaxis and are associated with hypertension and use of aspirin and warfarin . These bleeds typically do not respond to anterior nasal packing .
