Lipom der
Pleura links dorsal im Röntgenbild des Thorax als Zufallsbefund. Der relativ große Herd lässt die darauf projizierte Lungenstruktur völlig unverändert, was schon in dieser Aufnahme eine randständige (theoretisch auch extrathorakale, z. B. kutane) Lage anzeigt. Auch findet sich ein "incomplete border sign" als Zeichen einer extrapulmonalen Lage.
