A few days
old right superiofrontal cortical cerebral infarction. The left image (DWI) still shows a clear diffusion disturbance. The right-hand image (T1 with gadolinium contrast) shows the seam-like contrast agent enrichment as a sign of blood-brain barrier disorder. A haemorrhage was also visible in a T1 without contrast.
