Harnstau Grad 3: Nierenbecken und Kelche sind deutlich erweitert und das Parenchym ist erheblich verschmälert. Die Struktur der Niere ist aber noch nicht komplett aufgehoben, wie es bei einer Sackniere der Fall wäre.
