bei Split-Läsion der Sehne des M. peroneus brevis nach Trauma. Man erkennt eine kleine abgescherte Schale lateral des Außenknöchels. Sie ist Ausdruck des knöchernen Ausriss des Retinaculum peroneale.

Ursprung des Retinaculum musculorum peroneorum. Fleck-Zeichen.
The fleck sign in the ankle refers to a cortical avulsion fracture of the distal fibula (lateral malleolus), indicating superior peroneal retinaculum injury. This fleck sign should raise the possibility of peroneal tendon subluxation or dislocation , which commonly accompanies intra-articular calcaneal fractures .
