posterior lenticonus
Posterior lenticonus is when the posterior surface of the lens assumes a conical shape. If the surface become spherical, then this is referred to as posterior lentiglobus. Posterior lenticonus is commoner than anterior lenticonus and is usually unilateral and axial in location.
