A useful mnemonic to remember the subgroups of seronegative spondyloarthritides is:
- PEARU

- P: psoriatic arthritis
- E: enteropathic arthritis (i.e. extraintestinal manifestation of IBD)
- A: ankylosing spondylitis
- R: reactive arthritis (Reiter syndrome)
- U: undifferentiated spondyloarthritis
